Greetings. Our Board of Trustees typically meets twice a year in May and October. However, every once in a while we need to have a special meeting, which according to our by-laws can be called with 4 days' notice. On Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. via Zoom, we will have a specially-called Disciples Seminary Foundation Board of Trustees special meeting to discuss exerting our rights for religious exemption from the City of San Diego’s historical review process of our property at 201 Fir Street, San Diego, CA. As a religious organization, we may choose not to go through the historical review process on our building.
We will utilize this meeting to explain the process and give you a few updates regarding our future plans for the Property.
