DSF offers
the Certificate of Ministry Studies
(CMS) for those who want to explore theological education before entering an academic program,
enhance their lay ministries, or prepare
for licensed / commissioned ministry. The
program combines the real-life practice of ministry with basic theological education.
It is offered on a part-time basis
for working adults.
The
CMS
program is offered in Southern California in
partnership with Pacific School of Religion.
It is based on a two-year cycle of
partial-week intensive courses and Saturday
workshops.
Students not enrolled in the multi-year
certificate can still take individual classes in the programs.
